How to Return

To return an item, please register your return through this link within 14 days of receiving your order. After registering, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be registered within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • After registration, you have 14 additional days to return the item.
  • The item must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original accessories, including the bag and tags.
  • Customized items cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Return costs and shipping risks are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns are only accepted if they are in their original condition, including labels and packaging. Used or damaged items will be refused and sent back.
  • A track and trace code is required as proof of shipment. Without this, we cannot start an investigation into missing returns, and refunds will not be processed.

Processing & Refunds

Return processing may take up to 14 working days from the date we receive your return. Once processed, your refund will be issued as follows:

  • iDeal / Bancontact: The amount will be refunded to your account within five working days.
  • PayPal: The amount will be refunded to your PayPal account within three working days.
  • AfterPay: You will receive an updated invoice via email.
  • Gift Card: The amount will be refunded to your gift card.

When registering your return, you can choose between Store Credit (only NL) or a Refund to your original payment method.
If you select Store Credit, you will receive a coupon by email that can be applied at checkout once your return has been processed. The coupon will be valid for 12 months.
If you select a Refund, the amount will be returned to your original payment method once your return has been approved.

Wrong or Defective Item?

If you have received the wrong item or a defective product, you can report this when registering your return. Please upload clear photos of the issue and provide a short description.
Once we have received your request, our team will contact you as soon as possible to offer a suitable solution.

Important Notice

Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure they are properly packed to prevent any damage during transit. Always request proof of shipment from the service point.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible. If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order.
